When a florist gets married, you just know the flowers are going to be good and Juliet and James’ foliaged barn wedding really didn’t disappoint! Just you wait ‘till you see the pics; it’s bloomin’ perfection!
The Surrey-based couple, who met at a nursery (that’s the plant, not the child, version!) tied the knot in a relaxed barn ceremony at Farbridge in Chichester, West Sussex, in October. For florist Juliet, the flowers were understandably a big deal and played a big part in their beautiful big day – with a bounty of buttonholes, bouquets and table centres, all made by the talented, green-fingered bride herself!
Here’s Juliet to tell us more:
It was love at first sight!
We met at Woodcote Nurseries, a large garden centre near where we live. Ginny from the work canteen introduced us and it was love at first sight… cringe!
James proposed on a nudist beach – accidentally he didn’t realise! Just as he got down on one knee an old boy walked round the corner with everything out!
